When you purchase something on the Website, you enter into a contractual relationship with us and that contractual relationship is governed by these Terms and applicable laws.

1.2. Please note that any purchases you make on the Website will be sent to you from one of our fulfillment centers, whose address is different from our office address. If you wish to return a product, please do not send it to our office address as we will not be able to accept it. All returns should be sent to our fulfillment center. For more detailed information on returns, please see our Returns Policy.

1.3. In order to use the Site and make purchases on the Site, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

(a) you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them;

(b) you are of legal age to use the Site and/or enter into a distance contract online as required by the laws of your country;

2. WHAT WE SELL
2.1. Our Site is dedicated to the sale of various household goods (hereinafter “Goods”).

2.2. All of our Goods are designed and manufactured in accordance with all EU requirements applicable to household goods and in compliance with applicable laws.

2.3. The Goods we may sell on the Site are not toys and are not designed or intended for use by children. Please do not pass the goods you purchase on our websites to minors without your presence.

2.5. “Houbee” Spin Power Scrubber (hereinafter: “Houbee”) is a cleaning device, a handheld, cordless household electrical appliance that can be used to clean (scrub) various surfaces such as bathroom tiles, shower corners, glass, mirrors, kitchen surfaces, pans and pots, shoes, rubber tires, stoves, car windows and buttons, etc. Houbee saves time and effort in housework. The device is lightweight and rechargeable.

2.6. Please note that only unpacked and unused Houbee items can be returned and refunded according to our policy below, as we cannot accept a returned product if the packaging was opened/damaged and the Houbee has been used.

2.7. Warning: Please keep out of reach of children. Please use Houbee responsibly and according to the instructions. Please do not fully submerge the Houbee in water. Only charge within the voltage and current parameters DC-5V 1A.

2.8. We will not be responsible for any changes in Houbee characteristics if the product is used without following the usage specifications set out herein and in the product user manual that you will receive with your purchased Houbee product.

3. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND FEES
3.1. The final price, including all taxes and charges for the Goods, will be displayed on the checkout page where you can make the purchase. Please note that the price on the checkout page does not include any import fees or duties that may be charged by your local customs.

3.2. The prices of Goods displayed on the Website are subject to change. We may offer discounts or reduce prices from time to time.

3.3. We reserve the right to change or discontinue further sale of Products. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of sale of Products.

3.4. All prices displayed on the Website include international shipping costs and taxes. However, please note that consumers from different countries may see slightly different product prices – prices may be affected by Value Added Tax (“VAT”), which may or may not be applicable on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your delivery address, some buyers may also have to pay import fees.

3.5. We will never include VAT in the purchase price and will not ask you to pay VAT if:

(b) your desired product is shipped to you from our fulfilment center in China.

3.6. Please note that in the cases described in section 3.4. above, your shipment may be subject to import fees and customs duties. However, you will never be charged twice with the same taxes – we will not ask you to pay VAT or import fees if your desired product is shipped to you directly from China.

3.7. In cases where VAT is applicable in your country and your desired product is located in our fulfilment center in the EU, VAT will be included in the product price shown to you on the checkout page.

3.8. Please note that we never apply conversion rates or fees that depend on your chosen payment method. However, some banks apply conversion rates for outgoing payments and international transfers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any bank charges or conversion rates your bank applies for payments to us. If you notice any discrepancies between the product prices on our website or purchase receipt and your bank statement, please contact your bank for a detailed explanation of the additional charges.

3.9. We only accept payments by credit card, PayPal and other electronic means of payment. We do not accept checks, cash or other means of payment unless the “cash on delivery” service is available in your country (if “cash on delivery” is available in your country, you will be informed of this option on the checkout page).

4. DELIVERY
4.1. Once you have placed your order on the website and made the payment, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. After your order is processed, you should receive the shipment within 4-14 business days if shipping is not affected by natural events.

4.2. All products purchased on our website will be delivered to you via EMS, DHL or other similar courier services. After we process your order, we will send you a confirmation letter with your tracking number. 4.3. If your purchase does not reach you within 30 calendar days, please report this to our Customer Service. (a) Shipping conditions may be affected by customs, natural events, handovers to the local carrier in your country or strikes or delays in air and ground transport. We are not responsible for delays if delivery is delayed due to the unforeseen reasons mentioned above.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased goods, you have the right to return them within 30 days from the delivery date. The 30-day return period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the purchased goods. Please note, however, that you will only receive a full refund if you notify us of the return of the goods and return them to us within the first 14 days of receiving your ordered goods. If you decide to return and send your goods back to us after the 14-day period has expired, but no later than within 30 days from the day you received your goods, additional charges may apply (see section 5.5 below).

5.2. To exercise the right to withdraw and return your purchased goods, you must contact our customer support team by completing an online contact form at https://tampri.com/contact. After contacting our support team, you will receive a return code and a return address. Please note that we only accept returns of goods that are sent with the return code provided and delivered to the return address provided.

5.3. To meet the withdrawal period (30 days), it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the return of the goods before the withdrawal period has expired. We will not accept returns if you do not contact us within the withdrawal period (30 days after receipt of the purchase).

5.4. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods from you. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

5.5. Please note that we will only accept returned goods if they have been returned to us unused, damaged and in their original packaging. If we find that the returned products have been used but are still in working and re-saleable condition, we may still refund you the purchase price. However, you will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. So if we find that the returned product has been used, we may deduct any diminished value from the amount refunded.

5.6. Please note that we will only accept returned products and issue a refund if they are returned to the address provided by our customer service and the return slip is noted on the return. 5.7. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery or if you have chosen the non-standard delivery option.

6. WARRANTY
6.1. If you wish to return a defective item, please contact our customer service by completing an online contact form at https://tampri.com. When contacting our customer service with a warranty claim, please have the following available upon request: (1) photos of the defective item; (2) your order number and purchase confirmation or payment receipt; (3) a brief description of the defect.
